Visit with Santa

Well, good thing Mom talked me through this! Santa is great - he whispered all kinds of sweet things in my ear like, "You're so precious! I'll see you in a month, Sweetheart..." And my favorite, "Always keep wishing, Baby Kestin."

But still, I needed Mom's help to realize it was okay to sit on Santa's lap and look up into those bright lights. Once I relaxed though, it was fun!

(...And thanks, B.G. Marji, for the beautiful Holiday outfit! It's getting rave reviews!)

Piano and new friends

No problem, Aunt Linda. Let's play some Christmas Carols!

Meeting one of Grandma's favorite people, Gloria...
It's great to laugh with new friends!

Family Time at Thanksgiving

I'm getting to be a Big Girl! Practicing how to sit up
has gotten to be one of my favorite pasttimes...

I also love storytime with Aunt Linda. She tells the very best rendition
of the ABC Book. Ask her to say 'Zizzerzazerzuzz' - she's a pro!

Max and Me

Max's favorite spot is on Grandma's lap! He was a little jealous... but he also loved to check on me and make sure I was always doing okay. See for yourself just how close by he stayed through my visit!

Thanksgiving Trip to California

Meeting Grandma and Grandpa Puechl! They live in sunny California, and have a cute dog Max who dotes on me... I got lots of hugs, rockabye time and singing. Plus Grandma set me up with a travel crib, stroller and special carseat. And Presents! ...You never can have too many grandparents!

Coming Home Outfit

Formal Portraits can be fun, I guess... This was going to be my official 'Coming Home' outfit, but a) it was a little too big then and b) it was FREEZING that day in Pittsburgh, so Moms dressed me in a warmer snuggly!

Isn't It Cool...

Am I not the luckiest girl to have a Mamma who's a photographer??
She captures all my cute poses!

BathTime!

Hey, look at this new DELUXE bath set G-Ma and Paul Paul got me! It helps so much, so I don't get chilly in the big tub --- now I'm starting to think about splashing and enjoying myself so much more. Thanks G-Ma & Grandpapa!
Brody has his own bathtime on the special
duckie towel Aunt Linda got me... So many friends
and family have given me sweet presents!

Sightseeing with Aunt Sheryl

Kestin spent a few days touristing the city of Philadelphia... She saw Independence Hall, the Constitution Museum, Betsy Ross' House, Ben Franklin's printshop and of course watched her Moms enjoy their favorite vegetarian cheesesteak sandwiches. Best of all, she got to meet her Aunt Sheryl, who also helped to babysit during the Expo. F-U-N!

Honorary Grandma

At the Philly Expo... Sarah, our event coordinator, invited her mom Phylis to volunteer for the day. Turned out, Phylis spent most of her time watching over Kestin. What a treat! Kestin enjoyed being rocked and sang to... and later in the day she had a special private concert by one of the event vendors, a harpist named Ellen Tepper.

Visit to Gettysburg

Briefly, on our way to our 2nd Annual Philadelphia Expo... we took a sightseeing trip to Gettysburg. Mamma Marianne and Kestin's first time there. Plus it was fun to try out the stroller - another first!

And thanks, Aunt Beth, for the warm snuggly leather... Otherwise it would have been darn freezing in that wind!

Mirror, Mirror on the Wall

Kestin has noticed Mommy in the mirror
for several weeks... but now she's
beginning to notice the baby there too!
