Archives

Quick Reminder: If you would like to see prior blog posts and photos... scroll down the page and look to your left, in the margin, for some navigation links. In chronological order you'll see the months of the past year. Just click on one (even the current one will work) and you will see every entry posted that particular month.

So, explore & have fun reminiscing...

Thank you, everyone, for visiting my blog and sharing these moments with me as I grow!

With My Doggies, 2

Leashes are very important for big girls who can walk!...
I really liked being in Atlanta, where we had to use one for my doggie, Duncan.

Mom shows me just how to use it...

She helps me get my balance...

And we're off! Let's go, Duncan!

With My Doggies

I LOVE DELILAH! She has always been like a third mommy to me...

When Mamma wasn't noticing these past many months, I've been observing how to grab Delilah's collar.

She is very patient while I try to hold it. Then I like to keep holding for awhile - it makes me feel like a big girl!

We are the very best pals!

At Aunt Sheryl's House

Me and Aunt Sheryl, in Atlanta. Someday I'll come down to her house and order pizza - did you know they actually deliver to your door in the big city??

And yep, someday too I'll visit during Halloween time. Aunt Sheryl is the very best pumpkin carver this side of the Mississippi!

Mamma Cindy says that Atlanta has the most pine trees anywhere... That makes for lots of pinestraw! I had a lot of fun picking it up in the driveway, carrying it around, and putting it other places. That is one of my favorite things these days - putting stuff.

The very cutest pants in the world...

Elevator

Wacky ride in the elevator --- I've been in these things a few times before, but wow! This one had lots of extra mirrors and, sure enough, it made my tummy feel funny...

I don't know how they work yet, but I'll figure it out...

Cosmic Elevator Ride!!!

To the Museum

We went to the High Museum in Atlanta, with Aunt Sheryl. She wanted to see the Annie Leibowitz exhibit, and we also got to see the first of the Louvre exhibits! Mamma Cindy really liked the Rembrandt - see, she's got taste!

Goofy Girl

Mommies say, 'What happened to our little baby??'
See, I'm a toddler now!
and I'm getting big enough to figure out
how to be silly for the camera - what fun!

Some Close Ups

Yep, I can walk and run so fast now, I'm practically a blur of motion!

Cookout with Friends

Aunt Beth & John came by for a cookout!
I dressed in my pretty picnic dress
and we had lots of fun.

Me & honorary Uncle John!

Lazing on the porch...

Great Sunlight cont's...

Mommy Marianne says, in this photo,
I'm her 'Little Princess.'
What do you think?

More Sunlight Shots...

It's true... I still like to converse through 'raspberry.' Here I am, making one of my calmer points.

I've also been learning how to blow kisses! Usually I like to do them backwards, with my lips rolled in rather than puckered out... Hey, you've got to have your own style!

Perfect Sunlight

There was beautiful sunlight coming through one evening - Mamma caught some great shots!

My very first try at couch gymnastics - Kind of fun! I think I'll be trying this again...

Hamilton Park

Can you believe my Grandpa used to swim every day in the Hudson River?! Well, here we are in his old stomping grounds. His high school is just a block or so away...

Mamma thinks this is where Grandpa at his lunch sometimes, and where he was when he watched the Hindenburg burn in 1937. It's Hamilton Park, where Alexander Hamilton and Aaron Burr had their famous duel. Is that right, Grandpa??

Mom, Kestin and the Hudson

GW Bridge

My great, great uncle Bill helped to build the George Washington bridge!
We stopped for a quick view while on our drive back home from N.J.
The story goes that Uncle Bill was a bit of a monkey, and helped to put some of the first and highest rivets in.

And if we were just a little more famous...
here is what me & Mom would look like, as snapped by the paparazzi.

In New Jersey

Sarah, along with my honorary 'grandma' Phyllis - she was the sweetest babysitter during the NJ Expo on August 12th. Thank you, Phyllis!
