And introducing...

Mrs. Midnight, my new bunny!!  She is the best birthday present ever!

Mrs. Midnight gets to play outdoors sometimes - she loves to chase the chickens!  But her cage inside is in our office house - it is like a three-bedroom condo, Mamma says :)

Birthday Party - September 2014

Had a great party with lots of friends - games, leaf-jumping, cake, rivertime, presents...  Can't believe I'm eight years old!

Me & my Moms!

Swimming Pool at the Hotel!!

I definitely improved my swimming skills this summer.  SO MUCH FUN!!!

In Philadelphia, August 2014

It's good to walk the old cobblestones...
I love history, so this part of the trip was super-fun!!  I was very
interested to learn as much as I could about Benjamin Franklin, and also had a really good time touring Betsy Ross' house.  I even learned how to make a 5-pointed star with just one scissor-snip!

Mamma Time!

Some shots of me and Mamma during our trip to the Northeast this August...

...At our favorite tree by Independence Hall, Philly!

At Lake Dunmore

Thanks to Cousins Hudgie & Jean for taking us on boat rides and letting us spend time at their camp at the lake!

I was pretty brave in the tube :)  Mommy tried water skiing but couldn't get herself up - was funny to watch!

With my cousin Cameron...  I guess he is my 2nd cousin, actually.  We had lots of fun swimming together!  I hope I get to see him and his sister Ashley again soon!

At Lake Champlain

The light at Lake Champlain is always so awesome!

Trip to Vermont and the Northeast, August 2014

In early August, we went to Vermont for my grandma's memorial.  I am very sad that she died, and miss her a lot.  She lived nearby, I saw her many times each week, and she even gave me a few piano lessons.  It's been a sad time for our family but my moms say it is a good thing we were able to return to Vermont where she was born.

During the trip, we also had an expo in Rhode Island and one in Philadelphia, and of course some good family time.  I even met cousins I'd never seen before!

Here I am in another cemetery in Vermont, with my great-great-great grandparents' grave.
